Oxpray coating is UV-resistant and available in every imaginable colour. It immediately adopts the temperature of your body since it is primarily air. It therefore feels more comfortable than leather or leatherette.

Oxpray cushions are made of the highest quality polyether with a minimum SG value of 80. The foam can be both 2D and 3D CNC milled in any desired shape. Because of our background in the furniture industry, we have a lot of experience in making ergonomic seats.

Press studs, screw threads or magnets can be incorporated into the foam to be able to attach the cushions. To prevent the cushions from blowing away when sailing at high speed, they can be made to have puzzle-piece shapes. In this way, the cushions are connected and remain in place. All parts are fitted with valves so that the shape remains intact at all temperatures.
